Carpetright cancellation

Hello, does anyone have experience with Carpetright and the cancellation of a laminate flooring order that has not been delivered? Their T&C’s do not state any detail for the cancellation of laminate flooring. I ordered this 1 week ago and now need to cancel my order, but their web terms only provide information on orders placed via the phone, in home or on the web. I purchased this in-store.
Thanks

You have no statutory right to cancel any purchase made in store. Any cancellation will be a goodwill gesture by the shop.
All you can do is ask them.0
