Track & Trace contact details

Options
Following incorrect advice from Track & Trace I am trying to submit a written complaint.
The online webform returns " valid input" and refuses to submit. Spent over 1 Hr on phone to  119 service who confirmed advice was wrong and after being on hold for ages gave me a contact email which bounced back.
Does anyone have a working physical or email address for this shower.
Thanks

Have you checked how you have completed the form?

     No special characters, spaces etc.

Is there a limit on how may words?

Thank you, I was aware of no special characters which was my first mistake but retyping without didn't help.  Tried 3 different browsers. There is no mention of a word limit.

You have not said what your complaint actually is, but being realistic it probably does not matter, they are not going to care about your complaint, I doubt they will even acknowledge it.

What? £37billion of taxpayer's money and rubbish customer service? You'd think Martin would be onto this one!

We have not spend £37 billion on Track and Trace. So far we have spent around £22 billion, with 85% of that going on the cost of testing (setting up labs, buying equipment, employing lab techs etc.).

Oh, only £22bn. That's all right then.

if the wrong advice was seriously wrong them it may be acted upon otherwise I doubt any action would be taken.

The people doing  the track and trace are employed all over the whole country and by outside agencies so  it would probably be very difficult to trace who the individual concerned is.

If you are still concerned try contacting your MP.

Cast your mind back to March 2020 and the screams regarding lack of testing. Fast-forward to now and listen to the screams over mass testing costing too much. Hard to keep everyone happy, isn't it?

Seems it's been pretty easy to keep everyone confused while another agenda is being enacted, but don't listen to me, I'm one of the crazies!
