I dont see how theres even a business to sell or than the disposal value of its raw assets. His father was a tradesman. Buying "a business" off an experienced tradesman doesnt make you an experienced tradesman. And if you're proficient at your trade already, why would you buy someone elses business given there is no repeat work involved? Its not like they had ongoing lucrative contracts.
