Viewing a house tomorrow with single storey extension at rear. Looking up the planning permissions the internal layout does not matched the approved architectural drawing and I cannot see an amendment to this post the original decision.
Should a planning amendment exist for internal changes to plans?

Probably doesn't matter. In what way is it different? How old is the extension?1

Planning was early 2017. Internal wall different. Downstairs loo in different position. New internal door doesn't exist. No conversion of garage as planned. Externally as per plan.user1977 said:Probably doesn't matter. In what way is it different? How old is the extension?0 -
Doubt any of that will matter from a planning point of view. Probably will for the purpose of building regulations though.1

In terms of planning you can do what you want in terms of the internal layout of a building (within reason) and there may have been a last minute change in deciding the room layout.
What you want to check is if the design has Building Control approval for complying with Building Regulations.3 -
This. Planning only really relates to what can be seen outside. Or certainly in the case of what you're describing.andy444 said:In terms of planning you can do what you want in terms of the internal layout of a building (within reason) and there may have been a last minute change in deciding the room layout.

Assumes not a listed building.0 -
Yes, assuming because it would be listed building consent as well as planning permission.Cash-Cows said:Doozergirl said:
