Merlyn TrueStone Shower Tray

Hi,

I plan to install Merlyn TrueStone shower tray in my bathroom. The walk in shower is just under 1700. I was wondering if these can be easily cut to size?

Any ideas please?

I escaped from having to fit three of these and talked my customer into having a tiled wet-room shower trays instead. They are big heavy buggers and I thought I've no chance of lifting these back up if I don't get it level first time! Anyway that's not what you asked but I was told to just use an angle grinder with a diamond blade. Good luck!
Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.

I don't think I could bear to have anything that expensive cut to size!! Bespoke as @Another_Level suggested may be the answer if you have deep pockets.

So much to read, so little time.

Have had similar trays shortened or cut at an angle to fit odd spaces, some manufactures offer that service. Although cost will vary it was not much extra and the most expensive alteration was £120
Unfortunately that manufacture was taken over by another company and they dont offer bespoke anymore   :'(

Merlyn mention cutting of their trays https://merlynshowering.com/app/uploads/2016/07/Truestone-Fitting-Instructions.pdf

I have decided to go with 1600 and get the extra cms filled in with tiles (worst case scenario)

Someone told be that white ones are difficult to keep clean? Is that true?
