    The scenario you've got is the one I had.

    To reiterate try early morning and then you may well get passed the error.

    And then you may well be able to then reset the password.

    I was unable to get passed the error at any sensible time of the day.
  • Sadly I don't think that will work as the other problem I have is that at some point the criteria for the password must have changed. Before I deleted and re-installed the app I could get to the password prompt. However it was asking for characters that my password didn't have.. My original password only had 8 characters including letters and numbers. I was told that I must have had an outdated app as passwords now needed more than 8 and include a symbol.

    I'd always simply accessed using fingerprint. This is where my problems originated. My phone has a side fingerprint scanner. I bought a case, but my finger no longer completely reached the scanner. Cleverly I thought I would just add another fingerprint and did so using the very tip of my finger. But of course all banking apps didn't like that and I had to re-register them. Was on holiday and thought I knew my Virgin password, but obviously didn't and thus began the saga :smile:
