Hi - anyone know the timescales for C1 upheld complaints payouts please? aware its 28 days but what do people see in actuals? thanks

I don't know about other people, but I don't really understand the question. For a start, I've no idea what a "C1 upheld complaint" is. It'd be helpful if you could include a bit more explanation in your question, rather than write in jargon.Because I don't really understand the question, I don't know if my experience is relevant or not. For what it's worth, though, I had a complaint upheld by FOS a few years ago. I was asked for my bank account details so that the financial institution in question could pay my compensation directly. They were given 28 days in which to make that payment. It arrived in my bank on the 28th day - i.e., at the last moment.0
