Has the will of the person who may have left you money gone to probate?

As alluded to by Mojisola, assuming the estate required probate and it has already been applied for, you can purchase a copy of the grant and will easily online for approx. £3.If probate wasn’t involved, you would either need to contact the solicitors involved or the executors of the estate. The later is the harder process as they might not be forthcoming with a copy of the Will.1

It only costs £1.50 to get a copy of will and grant if it has gone to probate.
I ordered one recently as I had been told that a previous will in my favour had been replaced by a new one before my friend died.
It had been amended, two days before he died. I will never know if any pressure was put on him to amend it, although he was in hospital at the time and knew he was dying. Not Rachmaninov

What makes you think that might have happened?
Here's the link to get a copy of the will assuming it's been to probate: https://www.gov.uk/search-will-probate
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -
Just a whisper, then a chain of events. Not sure if been to probate. Not sure who died! All I know is it was an older uncle, who was in the military. My parents are getting payments, after a lump sum?0

I have an older uncle that used to be in the military, but I not sure if he's passed or not. My parents have isolated me away from the family through malicious gossip & defamation.0

if it is uncle leaving to his nearest relatives then maybe it just went to your parents as sibling / sibling in law rather than his nieces and nephews0
