Received a fine from Morrisons

Parked here before. No way to pay. Signs not seen by driver. Local residents advised we could park there. Driver wasn’t aware of 2 hour limit. Can we appeal

Complain to Morrisons - tell them you were shopping there but won't again if every trip comes with a £100 surcharge.

if it was a private company it wont be a  fine either.

It is not a fine, it is an invoice,  and it was not from Morrissons.  Please read the newbies and complain to your MP.

Morrisons cancel ParkingEye ones with one email.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad iirc, our local Morrisons has signs for Euro Car Parks (I'll check next time I'm there), so could they use different PPCs in different places?

@Littlewingdude Please tell us the actual PPC name as @Redx asked.

Oh, and the actual location would be helpful too - there may be other posters on here dealing a PCN from the same location and you can share information.

More than likely ECP unless situated on a multi-retail site. Ms are the very best of the big supermarkets at protecting their customers from rampant and venal PPCs ...... if they are the contract principal. If not, seek help elsewhere - like a managing agent.
