Hi , can someone give any advice please , I am having major problems with Target HCA, I am trying to redeem my loan, the house sold on 11th June, since then target have retuned the funds for the loan back to my solicitors twice saying the process was not completed properly, my solicitors assure me the problem is targets mistakes, everytime I contact them by phone one of their operatives gives me no clear reason for what is going on, I get different stories every time I call, no response to a complaints letter sent by email several times, Ive been told numerous times someone more senior will call me back they never do . I just don't know what to do next I am thinking of taking some court action but not sure where to start because they seem to me to be doing everything possible to prevent my loan being paid off, its causing me enormous stress and sleepless nights. one operative told me the house I sold now needs to be revalued its a crazy situation, I don't know how a company working for the goverment can get away with treating people like this .
