I had forms (D47P) sent to me by DVLA to renew my Lorry Driving Licence.
Pre-printed on their renewal form it stated ‘No Photo is required’ - so I returned all other relevant completed forms - 5 weeks later all my original forms have been returned to me advising that I have not supplied a photo with my renewal !!!
I cannot get through to them on the phone to ask why they are contradicting themselves- has this happened to anyone else? Or does anyone know why they now want a photo when they originally advised they didn’t?!?
