Diesel compensation

Hi All
I'm new to this forum so my appologies if this question has 'popped' up previously.
Would anyone know if the potential diesel compnsation is valid if you no longer own the car.
I curently own said vehicle, which fullfills the criteria for compensation but I'm currently looking to sell it.
Many thanks
J. White

    Welcome to the forum.
If you scan down, you'll find many threads on the subject.
The consensus view seems to be that the chances of anyone getting any compensation are vanishingly small.
Just in case we're wrong, you may want to keep full records of your ownership.
Also, you'll need to quantify your losses. We'd be fascinated to hear what they are.
