SOLVED! Can't schedule Zoom w/o PC opening Outlook.

Hi,
I don't have Microsoft Office. But Zoom is trying to open Outlook automatically when I try to schedule a Zoom meeting.
And as I don't have Office it never gets resolved and I can't schedule a Zoom meeting.
This is a new laptop, and this did not happen on my old one. I thought I'd set it up the same.
What did I miss please?
(I would prefer to stick with the downloaded Zoom app, rather than the online version, as that is what I am used to).
Thanks a lot

There is an option in Zoom to specify your calendar type, see highlighted section. If you choose "Other Calendars" you don't get prompted to open it with anything by default.1
