Proof of covid-19 vaccination

Hello wondering if anyone can help? I live in England on the border but work in Wales. Due to the nature of my job I was offered the vaccine in December, follow up shot in Feb. Didn't really think anything about it. Now I'm reading all this stuff about covid passports and what have you. The NHS app is insistent I haven't had the vaccination as I haven't had it in England. Have spoken to my GP surgery a few times now reminding them I have had it, so I can't prove it through this app. When I Google for Wales it only talks about living in Wales, obviously this doesn't work for me.
Any ideas how i go about proving this in the future? I'm not planning any trips but the nature of my work means I am community based across Wales and sometimes England. Wondering if there is advice somewhere I have missed?

Is your GP in England or Wales and was your vaccination administered by and English or Welsh NHS trust? Do you still have the card? It might be a case of getting the GP to add your vaccines to your NHS record, no idea how simple that is though. If the vaccine was offered through your work someone there might be able to advise further.

this from the welsh government would suggest that if you had your vaccine in wales there is a simple procedure to follow regardless of where you live or which GP you are signed to. https://gov.wales/get-nhs-covid-pass-show-your-vaccination-status-travel

There are many others in the same position as you living along the cheshire-wales border
