For current Savers this Account had the Interest Rate reduced to 0.70% on the 2nd July. I notice that an identical Account is now available to new customers at an Interest Rate of 0.73%. I have just raised a Complaint with Secure Trust regarding this.

Why that’s how banks work? Ditch and switch.0

As huggy says, I wouldn't bother lodging a complaint and just switch.
If you can't switch products, I would message them asking to switch products they may allow it."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

I would also be interested in hearing what Secure Trust has had to say and whether they have been willing to just switch the accounts without having to reapply and give notice etc to move funds.0

Just bumping this to point out that they've now launched another 90 day notice account at 0.8%.
