Back in 2017 Yenton Minster homes/ Gascoine’s sent blanket letters to residents in three areas, Sleaford , Notts and Warwickshire demanding payment for breach of covenants they professed to be able to enforce. For four years this issue has been batting back and forth between solicitors with the latest issue of cross indemnity being Gascoine’s get out for not granting a deed of release. They say they are tied into cross indemnity and can’t offer a Deed of release but continue to take money from people at point of sale to do just that. Has anyone had any success with this group to date and how please?

As previous post, best to put this on the consumer boardLife isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....0

https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5622835/breach-of-covenant-question/ - The general opinion then was it is a scam. Don't know if your current problem is the same.. Much of it will depend on the exact wording of the letter as to which covenant(s) has been breached.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
