Drawing on my pc

Anyone know if it is possible to find a digital pen to use for drawing instead of on paper. I don`t want to spend a fortune on software.
It is imperative that the pen is pressure sensitive.
Thanks.

Thanks. I was thinking that it might be possible to draw directly to the monitor.0

There are smart pens you can buy but to stick with a brand you may have heard of means spending a fair chunk of change and they are intended for use on paper etc.
Wacom offer a number of options using a pad, have used their Intuos Pro for years and they're really good.
Another option is to use a tablet instead and then you can draw directly ontop of the picture (though Wacom also offer display options)
If you really are insistent on drawing on your non-touch sensitive screen the there is the likes of the Duo Pen, though currently unavailable on Amazon, but no comment on its quality.2
