If asked for the name and address of the registered keeper, do I give my dad's actual address or mine? You will need to make it very clear that your address is the one for all future correspondence, if you just place it in the appeal unannounced, as everything is pretty much computerised, the likelihood/danger is that they will continue to correspond with your Dad's address. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I thought I gave you some guidance here, what to do about Dad's address for service. 12 July at 9:52AM <<<< LINKrichd70 said:

Thanks again.4 -
I'm going to change the wording on the appeal to be this ... then it is not admitting who was driving. Is this ok?
ThanksRe PCN XXXXI dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner. There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle. The phone number on the sign was called 3 times, and each time the recorded message asked for the location id to be entered and the line went dead before any details could be entered. The pay and display machine was out of operation.0 -
My problem with the above is that it doesn't say anything about being an appeal , or cancel the PCN or issue a Popla code either
It looks more like asking for information , meaning that CEL could string it out
That last sentence should add
This is frustration of contract and will be averred in any future appeal or court claim !1
