EPC possible discrepancy

I share many opinions about the worth of EPCs.
The EPC report of my home issued last year  stated the area as 85 sq mtrs and primary consumption as 222
kWh/m2 . That would appear to total 18870 kWh/yr, and indeed the last two years’ outcomes: 17150 and 19000  seem to be in line, but at the end space and water heating are estimated 10986 kWh/yr.

Such a discrepancy seems very odd, so can anyone suggest a reason, please?

If the report as it stands is erroneous, what action need I take?

My opinion? No action. Waste of ink. Sorry.

    What discrepancy?

    19k total kWh consumed.
11k of that 19k is hot water and heating.
That leaves 8k for all the other things you use energy for...
Cooking, refrigeration, lighting, hoovering, tea-making, phone charging, tv-watching, music-listening, life...
If the report as it stands is erroneous, what action need I take?
Given that you share opinions on the value of EPCs, can I suggest "nothing whatsoever"?

The only thing anybody really looks at is the letter. What's that? C?

Did you buy this EPC yourself?  I suppose that, if you make enough of a nuisance of yourself, the guy might give you your fee back.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

On what grounds?? The annual energy figures are calculated by the pathetic Govt software, not the assessor.

Not sure why you have to bother anyone else about it.
