What white matt emulsion Pure Brilliant White - new skimmed walls

Hi,
Plasterer is just coming to the end of skimming 138m2 of walls and ceilings which we wish to paint in Pure Brilliant White.
I realise I need to mist coat it all first, then probably 2 coats of desired paint.
Lots of confusing reviews online as to which paint to use. Had problems in the past with the cheap £10-12 10 litre pots from B&Q and the like, so think we should use something of a higher cost (quality).
What is the best paint for this? Older children in the house, so does not need to been particularly hard wearing. Looked at Dulux Supermatt - is this a good one, or are there better alternatives?
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks
Matthew

Hi Matt. Our builder - who was completely awesome - also did the skimming - which was awesome - and we also asked him to paint it afterwards as we knew it would be awesome. And it was.He asked us to get the paint, and recommended Dulux Matt Vinyl Brill White for the walls and Dulux Supermatt for the ceiling. His reasoning was that the Supermatt is a bit more breathable - which would be good for the ceiling - and the Vinyl Matt more durable, which is ditto for the walls. Oh, and he also suggested getting 'Dulux Matt Emulsion Paint Pure Brilliant White' as the first 'mist' coat for it all as it's half the price. What does it look like?Awesome.(We got it all from Screwfix).1
