Thank you. No, there isn’t room for a bath - the bathroom is tiny, and dark. I’m very happy to hear someone say this housing bubble is going to burst at some point, as my biggest fear is that prices will keep rising indefinitely. I’ll keep looking!
Good girl - you'll do - remember to breathe

As I was advised on here, you will know when you find the right house for you. It doesn’t sound like this is it.Deleted_User said:Thanks - I’ll be extremely decisive when I find a house I like. I’m checking Rightmove and estate agent websites every day.
It can be disheartening when every house viewed has issues or is gone instantly with multiple offers.
It’s true that some compromises usually have to be made but those sound like a compromise too far for you. You are in a good position as a cash buyer so better to wait a bit longer for the right place than rush or go against your instincts/concerns and regret it for a long time to come.I was getting to the point where I thought I would never find anywhere and was keen to get out of rented too. But I’m so glad I didn’t convince myself any of the others were worth taking the risk on.1
