Hi All,
Can someone please provide advice on how often I should hear from my probate lawyer? I instructed one in March, chased in May, got a reply to say a meeting was happening and then heard nothing since? I don’t want to increase costs by chasing but at same time, I would like an update. I am a beneficiary in a contentious property only case. Currently looking into a Deeds of Variation. Thanks
