Double panel, double convector (or type 22) are available, but they are quite wide. So if you are looking for something that is remotely slim line, a type 22 is not for you.

Yes, you can find double panel double convector radiators if you need the extra heat output. They are sometimes called Type 22 radiators. (The one that have a double panel, but only one convector are referred to as Type 21).

    Screwfix sell both  types.

They generally need a 1/2" fitting on the valve to go into the radiator. You buy valves that have a 1/2" fitting for the radiator and either 8mm, 10mm, or 15mm for the pipe. A good plumbers merchant will have everything you need, or be able to order it in for you in a couple of days.

They would be my first choice but unfortunately they dont make 400 high radiators. If i needed a quality 400 high, would be looking at a myson select compact.
