Efficient, Low Cost Electric Panel Heater

We are looking for an electric panel heater for our extension

It needs to be slim as will sit under the windows but also as cheap and as efficient as possible.

Open to recommendations idealy available in grey to match the rest of the radiators in the house (mains gas but we aren't adding this one on)

We have bookmarked this as most likely option but if anyone can recommend something similar from personal experience that would be great.

This is plug in and would have preferred wired.

It needs to ... as efficient as possible.

Define 'efficient'. All electric heaters are 100% efficient. Dark surface radiates bigger part of the total heat produced than light one.

This is plug in and would have preferred wired.
Anything with a plug can be hard-wired instead to a fused spur

Energy efficient as presumably the more energy the higher the cost to run.

As I said, all electric heaters are 100% efficient, i.e. all electric energy consumed gets converted to heat with 100% efficiency.

Lower electric power will result in lower running cost, but less heat produced accordingly. Heating a conservatory can be very expensive in general and with electricity in particular.

    Thanks.

Do you have any recommendations that may differ to the one we are looking at?

    We aren't heating a conservatory.

we've just installed these in our all electric home - https://www.amazon.co.uk/1200W-Mill-Designer-Electric-Heater/dp/B07954K4N7/ref=sr_1_8?

we think they look good and can be app, or manually, controlled. They do make different outputs and also do glass fronted versions. We have an online only Costco account and they were all delivered in a few days. As said, easy to convert a socket nearby to a fused spur and hard wire them which is what we've done. If you measure your room size, you can find which output is recommended
