You don’t save money nor time. It is much more expensive than if you arrange it yourself and the hassle free experience they offer is completely NOT TRUE. 

In my experience, they have caused me much more troubles and is much more time consuming than any other supplier I dealt with.

Besides, it’s also more expensive....WHAT IS THE POINT OF DEALING with them?
Very unprofessional experience, they never reply on time or give a clear answer. They will say a “team leader” is handling your request but that could take ages to be solved, in my case about 2 years and still going on....

Would NOT suggested at all.

Would seem obvious that a service for the lazy if not going to be the best! That's what I think about all those sorts of things. For the loss of control is it every worth it even if it was as they say?

Sorry that you have had such a bad experience but just so you know, the new forum rules (updated last month) say -

"We appreciate emotions can run high should you experience poor service from companies, but we cannot accept active calls to boycott organisations as we are unable to verify the service you received."

Why don't you switch, if you are so unhappy? You can do a comparison online and switch quite easily.
