Hi there,
Hoping someone can help! My dad passed away and I am the executor of his will.
Hoping someone can help! My dad passed away and I am the executor of his will.
When completing the online version of the IHT205 there is a question entitled “Value of the deceased’s pensions”.
He made no changes in the 2 years prior to death and had drawn his pensions and lump sums at age 65.
How do I calculate the value of any pensions? He is not due any further payments and is pensions have transferred to his wife, which as I understand it is disregarded.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
