I went away to Dorchester for an evening, (Sunday 04/07/2021), Stayed at the Premier Inn in Brewery Square. I parked outside, checked in then went to collect my luggage from the space out front. I checked the parking regulations, and the parking board said Mon- Sat 8am- 7pm 20mins. It was a Sunday. I parked up, thinking that parking regulations didn’t apply as the parking restrictions were Monday to Saturday 8am- 7pm. I’ve now got a parking ticket for ‘Parking without displaying a valid Permit’.
I’ve already appealed through their website, am I wrong??? Should I pay???

G24 monitor private property , like maybe premier Inn , not public roads
That sign looks like a local authority sign for a public road , nothing to do with G24
Read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements , complain to premier Inn and get it cancelled
G224 will reject your appeal1 -
Yep, you took a pic of the Council so gun on the road outside. Nothing to do with G24.Get the Hotel to cancel it as it was their burden to take your numberplate at reception and exempt/permit your vehicle, if you parked n their car park and not the road outside.
Obviously, no-one pays these extortionate PCNs and we are trusting the MHCLG to stand firm with their plans for proper regulation by Government and £50/£25 private parking charges in future, with full cancellation rights for permitted motorists.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is the place in question. It's not a Premier Inn loading bay as they are marked as such further along. The white sign under the next G24 sign a few spaces along has the added words, Premier Inn. All parking for local businesses is in bays alongside the roads through the development.
You can just make out the legend, 24 hours per day/7 days a week on the G24 sign.
This is the sign for the Premier Inn loading bay.
Having said all that, the no loading sign is confusing as it has a prominent letter P for parking on it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -
The white and blue sign is a Local Authority sign so it is deliberately confusing and quite possibly Local Authority controlled, not private land.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That also my opinion , the 2 signs , one private and one council , dont compute , don't make sense
I have never seen anything like it , apart from cheeky parking companies using signs on council posts , fencing or places they are not allowed1
