DLA appeal won, DLA ignoring

Won an appeal on 27/5 for DLA have contacted DLA several times since and they maintain they have not received anything from the court and have tried emailing the court to get it sent, I have contacted the court several times and they maintain they have sent it to DLA and have not received any requests to send again, I have sent letter of complaint to DLA with scan of decision notice last week DLA say they have not received that, what is my next step?

Definately submit a complaint, I would hazard a guess it's on DRS, but nobody has notified DLA it is on there.Normally takes 10 - 15 days for it to be received and scanned at a mail handling unit. Might be a slight delay owing to covid, but I would expect it to have been received by now. Hardest part is getting past national telephony agents and getting somebody to check the relevant systems.0

What is drs? I'll ring them to to try and get them to look just need to know what I'm asking for0

Sorry, it stands for document repository system. It's where most of the mail gets scanned on to and then allocated to the relevant benefit team.
