Cleverspa faulty hot tub - now faulty again and out of warranty

I bought a hot tub in June 19 and registered the warranty.  The heater stopped in May 2020 and after 3 and a half months they collected it for a repair.  Most of the summer was missed, we used it for a few weeks and it was packed away Sept 2020.  Fast forward to April 21 and the fault is back.  I've been waiting since then for this company to arrange a collection.  Today, (after another 3 months of waiting) they advise they are no longer offering this service for out of warranty products.  I'm more than a little annoyed as have had approx. 4 emails over the last 3 months asking for the same info (name address and hot tub model) and now they advise they won't fix it.  Do I have any options?  It is out of warranty but the fault wasn't repaired properly last year...  any support is much appreciated

A warranty is something that a manufacturer offers aside of any consumer rights you may have.  The warranty and its terms and conditions are what they are.  In short that means you are out of warranty, therefore there is no further cover from that warranty.

Consumer rights are legislative.  If you want to pursue your CR for something you purchased in June 19 then you need to commission a report.  Ideally that report will show the fault was inherent and you can then go back to the retailer for assistance.    How much will it cost to repair/replace?

thanks - I expected that, I guess I'm just mad with all the months of waiting and loosing yet another summer to them.  I was part of a facebook group where there were dozens of others with the exact same fault.  It looks as though the facebook group has also disappeared over night now as well :(    I guess my only option is to vote with my purse and offer my advise to anyone considering to purchase a clever spa product to look elsewhere!
