Hi Have anyone heard of Empira?

I googled them and found them on this list: Authorised Members Directory (hceoa.org.uk)
Does this help? The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0 -
Have you used Google to research them?
They're mentioned here: https://www.civea.co.uk/members
Not much use asking random people on a forum if they've heard of a bailiff company - finding out if people have heard them in passing won't fix anything. What exactly are you looking for help with?0 -
The OP on this thread appears to have had dealings with them, but I don't know how that will help you:

@BlondeyEMMA has posted there but she needs to start a new thread on the parking forum if she wants help to (easily) set aside a scam PCN from a private parking firm.
If the letter is about a private parking charge, I hope she goes back to the parking forum if she simply needs to do a set aside of a CCJ due to the practice of rogue firms using old addresses, well known to the MoJ. Start a new thread about it there, OP.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
