Stop panicking, no it won't and a 2015 parking charge is likely to be past the 6 year limitation unless you already have a CCJ behind your back for that one (and wouldn't you rather know that - I would - because you can then set that one aside).

These are not fines.  DO NOT PAY THESE, EVEN IF THE 2015 ONE HAS GONE TO A CCJ ALREADY.

The £160 is more than they'd be allowed in court for the parking charge, it can't increase, only decrease if you fight it.

Do the SAR as the NEWBIES thread tells you to do, by email to VCS' DPO (and I explain there how to find that email address and what a DPO is...).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for your help, I have prepared the SAR email and also an email to DCB legal informing them I have made an SAR and requesting to put the case on hold. Are DCB obliged to put this case on hold for 30 days until the SAR is completed?

    No they are not.

They are however obliged to put the case on hold for thirty days while you seek debt advice - which is what the NEWBIES thread says.

    Hi all again,

I have waited over 30 days for a response to my SAR request from vehicle control services - still not had any acknowledgment from them. What would you advise to do next?

    Thanks

Read the guidance and complain to the ICO.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

WRT the SAR, have you complained to the ICO?

Have you still not received a response from VCS?
    Or anything more from DCBLegal?

Do the Government Consultation before it closes in 2 days, register for the DVLA Group Action (both threads are one page one right now) and forward your email to VCS again and give them a deadline to respond before you report them to the ICO.
