I wanted some official Chelsea merchandise for my grandson for Christmas, and the Chelsea site redirected me here.:mad:
I made an order on 25th November, they acknowledged that and said the order would be sent within 2 days, and they still haven't dealt with it - despite 3 phone calls and 4 EMails, they just ignore all attempts to contact them. It's all about a queue on their phone lines and then an answer machine.
God - what a useless firm - I have left a message cancelling, but they still haven't got back to me, and the orginal mail said that they would deduct my payment, so now I've got to get onto the credit card company.
Why do football clubs employ muppets like these to send out official merchandise?

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.
