When you appeal to POPLA make sure you don't tick the silly box saying you are appealing on behalf of someone else.
Do it in your husband's name (your email address if you like, but HIS NAME and no phone number, just zeros) and just copy any other non-POFA POPLA appeal from 2020/21 that you find. You can search for relevant ones on Google by searching:
CP Plus POPLA site:forums.moneysavingexpert.com
or
Highview POPLA site:forums.moneysavingexpert.com
or
Smart POPLA site:forums.moneysavingexpert.com
...as long as you copy one that has as the first point, that the operator has not used the POFA 2012 and the keeper cannot be held liable. And don't click on old ones...
