From Octopus to Outfox the Market?

I've been with Octopus Energy for a year and have found them reasonably satisfactory. However, my fixed tariff with them is due to end, and the new tariffs they are offering will add over £5 a months to my charges, so I am looking to find a cheaper supplier, notwithstanding wholesale price increases across the market.
I use electricity only and consider myself a very low user (annual consumption 968 Kwh) and am hopeful of paying a tariff under £20 a month.
From looking at their websites the two cheapest appear to be PFP and Symbio Energy, but from reading reviews about them it appears they are very much energy providers to be avoided.
Also, to help me in my choice I've looked at this website....
https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/energy/energy-supply/get-a-better-energy-deal/compare-domestic-energy-suppliers-customer-service1/
......and I see that Outfox the Market now appear to rate quite highly. I've used their website to get a quote and it appears, based on my calculations, the tariff amounts they offer are very reasonable, so I'll probably switch to them. By the way, I have a Smart meter.
However, before doing so, I thought I would seek out opinions from members who may have experience of Outfox the Market.
Thank you

I was with them for over a year (electricity only). Didn't have any problems. They got a bit expensive though so i switched to neon reef. Your smart meter won't be smart after you switch so you'll have to submit readings yourself which is easy to do online. The reading has to be submitted on the first of the month for them to count it.1

I was with them for three years. They had a bit of a wobble when they tried switching customers to seasonal DDs but to their credit recognised it was unpopular and switched back. Their web-based account service worked well for me and I would be happy to switch back in future.N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. I was with sister company Economy 7 and they were dire. Same stable as the magic dust non-storage heaters. Not so long ago they had a dreadful reputation, and interesting things are lined up for September.2

Based on this, there would appear to have been some improvement?Gerry1 said:I was with sister company Economy 7 and they were dire. Same stable as the magic dust non-storage heaters. Not so long ago they had a dreadful reputation, and interesting things are lined up for September.

I've done the same switch Octopus to Outfox recently (both Gas & electricity). The swap was manged without any problem. It is cheaper(for me). The only aggravation is a smart meter which is not smart anymore. This really ought to be sorted out.1
