Help/ Advice Regarding scottish power

I moved into a rental in April. Scottish Power was the provider ( which I knew nothing about ) my switch to Bulb took about a month My bill from 26th April - 21st May is 270£ This is for one adult and a small child. No TV, minimal use of lights, the heating has hardly been on. Low use of washing machine I have never paid…

That is horrendous amount of electricity to use in 26 days. Did you take the opening readings yourself? Or are these some readings taken by the agent, and which cover a long period when no one was living in the flat?
Could you let us in on the next month readings taken towards the end of June for comparative purposes.
Then you could start looking at comparison sites to get a better tariff.
