    That is horrendous amount of electricity to use in 26 days. Did you take the opening readings yourself? Or are these some readings taken by the agent, and which cover a long period when no one was living in the flat? 
    Could you let us in on the next month readings taken towards the end of June for comparative purposes.
    Then you could start looking at comparison sites to get a better tariff.
