I am about to move a 0% balance transfer to a new 0% balance transfer. But wondering who to apply to. Can I apply to any of the banks that I have previously had a 0% interest credit card with. I mean ones that I have just had the 0% credit card without shifting any balance transfer onto. But also ones that I have moved balance transfer onto.
