John1429 said:I have emailed them at the recommended hi@eonnext.com but all they sent me was a copy of my statement showing my credit balance. Has anyone been able to get a credit balance refunded back to their bank account? If so what is the best way forward?
ThanksPhone them up and ask for it.Bear in mind we are in summer and so credit balances are normal at this time of year as it will pay for your winter usage.0 -
Agree with Neil_Jones. Phone them. Also, I'd normally just leave a credit balance but £250 seems like a lot really. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts.
