e.on - How do I reclaim a credit balance (£250) from my energy account back to my bank account?

I have emailed them at the recommended hi@eonnext.com but all they sent me was a copy of my statement showing my credit balance.  Has anyone been able to get a credit balance refunded back to their bank account?  If so what is the best way forward?

Thanks

Phone them up and ask for it.
Bear in mind we are in summer and so credit balances are normal at this time of year as it will pay for your winter usage.

Agree with Neil_Jones. Phone them. Also, I'd normally just leave a credit balance but £250 seems like a lot really.

Thanks for replies.  All sorted and email from e.on says credit will be transferred to my bank account in 10 working days.
