    The website is called ‘Etsy’ the company that sold me the garment is called Beaumont lingerie.
    So you bought from a Lithuanian company claiming to be in the UK (though looking up the owners shows once is certainly in Lithuania) via an American website... makes identifying governing law etc a nightmare.

    Looking at their ads they say they don't accept returns due to being intimate items but they state they do take exchanges... if its just a sizing issue why not upsize?
