NHBC certificate duplicate

We are in a chain of 5, all ready to go but the vendors we are buying are holding up exchange/completion as they are waiting for a new copy of the NHBC certificate on the property we are buying as they have lost their original. They have ordered it, I'm told, but I have no idea if these are sent my post or email or how long it takes!? Does anyone know!?
