Hi,
I am soon (beginning of next year) to be gifted a property currently ownee by a registered company. I am wondering if the capital gains tax/inheritance tax implications are different from if it was an individual person that gifted me the property.
E.g. would there be an addition cgt rate due and how would the 7 year death rule for exception from inheritance tax work given it is a registered company that currently owns the property.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks, J
