As sure as night follows day. They don't want to go anywhere near a court, especially with a less than straightforward case (traffic authority providing the car park, ergo 'not relevant land).  Their business model is to push everyone as far as they can hoping for a capitulation or a judgment in default. Nasty, but the forum has their measure. 

1)In this Schedule “relevant land” means any land (including land above or below ground level) other than—

(a)a highway maintainable at the public expense (within the meaning of section 329(1) of the Highways Act 1980);

(b)a parking place which is provided or controlled by a traffic authority;

(c)any land (not falling within paragraph (a) or (b)) on which the parking of a vehicle is subject to statutory control.

I have filed the WS and evidence anyway as I won’t get a chance to check With the court of it has indeed been discontinued. All looks good though 😊 and a huge weight of my shoulders at a trying time. Thanks to all who have helped and persisted with me!!
