To travel to Spain / Canaries etc. you will need to complete a Travel Health Form within 48 Hours of arrival.
Don't use the Website as it's not safe, too many scammer / hackers - Use the SpTH App it is easy and safer

You can complete the first 3 sections of the APP form at any time prior to travel. The last 3 sections can only be completed within 48hrs of travel. Finally you will get a Bar Code which you can either print or just show with your phone.1
