NOSIA REFUND SANTANDER

Wife received a letter stating refund linked to Nosia would be paid 10 working days from 25th June 2021. Now rumours are spreading that these are issued in error by Santander but no indication on internet of this or what Santander are doing about it? Anyone have any ideas?

If you get some money it'll be because of a banking error in your favour, as Monopoly used to say.
