Yes, but only by 0.01%. Tandem is offering a 1 year fix at 3.30%. The extra 0.01% is not worth it in my view vs the extra risks of the complex structure, layers of middlemen, etc.adindas said:It is now 1 Year Fixed rate at 3.31%
