Recinding Confirmation of Cancellation
Comments

Written confirmation of cancellation is binding - you have an email saying your order is cancelled from the company so they can’t really go back on that.It sounds like a mistake on their part.0

As it turns out, they have literally just acknowledged as such. The agent that I was dealing with had failed to process the cancellation, but had confirmed it to me. On Monday morning, when he tried to complete the task, he was unable to. He thought he'd try telling me that it couldn't be cancelled, rather than dealing with the problem internally. Full apology received from his supervisor.mattyprice4004 said:Written confirmation of cancellation is binding - you have an email saying your order is cancelled from the company so they can’t really go back on that.It sounds like a mistake on their part.4
