If I've understood the previous layout that window would have been blocked by the side of the OP's shed so it wouldn't be any different having a fence panel there.
Possibly, but we don't know what the OP's shed looked like and how high it was relative to the neighbour's shed. (given the OP's ground level is that much lower).

Hence "if they are aggrieved at having their window blocked" - as just about everything is unknown to us at the moment.

Another observation - it looks like the glass in the shed windows is obscured/patterned rather than plain.  Possible that the shed owner just happened to have a couple of spare obscured panes - or it could have been used specifically for privacy reasons. If the latter, then it suggests the OP's shed wasn't blocking it.

The boundary post are set into higher ground.
Attach a suitable panel to them

The height of the fence would still be measured from the OP's (lower) side though.
The drop is inside the boundary.

You don't measure all boundary heights from the lowest point on the plot.

I am so confused. What is the problem?
Put in a panel? The end?
Or don't, and use their shed as your boundary?  Or don't, and, pop in some plants. Or put in a panel, and then pop in some plants anyway? //.

i agree that a replacement fence panel is all that's needed here. the only issue may be how to slot it in place with the neighbour's shed tight on the boundary as the roof seems to overhang where the panel needs slotting in straight, i would also be concerned that without any guttering on the shed, that part of the OP's garden is going to take a soaking during any heavy rainfall.

roof slopping into your garden , water will run off it into your garden. Also how will your neighbour paint that side of shed.

Since you are selling up. Put a raised fence panel up or brick wall so that the water run off from shed go's in between shed and fence panel/wall

The base and side of shed will rot in no time.  lol

Is it me or have we had a run of deleted posts, users and threads this week? I posted on a neighbour dispute thread the other day and that's disappeared too, weird!
