Experian £14.99 charges

I signed up to an Experian trial a while ago and didn't realise they'd been charging me £14.99 a month for many months. I realise it's my fault for not cancelling it and for then failing to notice.
I emailed and have now had it cancelled. They are offering to refund me two months worth. They keep hassling me to accept this amount which is making me wonder if I should be asking for more?
Thanks in advance

Two months is generous. I'd take it before it's rescinded.5

Well it depends on how long you've been paying. I might try to split the difference. So if you've been paying for 10 months ask for 5. But that's just me. 2 months is ok and good that they have offered anything.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I'd take it too - and keep an eye on my accounts for any future subscriptions following the signing up of a free trial.0

You're lucky they offered you anything. It's quite clear that it's a paid service.
Do you not check your bank statements/transactions?0 -
How come you don’t use the service linked to this site. It’s free and they notify you if there are any changes. As for Experian if you want to ask for more, ask they can only say no, because as you say it was your faultsnowwhite398 said:I signed up to an Experian trial a while ago and didn't realise they'd been charging me £14.99 a month for many months.
