Parking space has a separate deed title

Hi,
I'm looking at purchasing a leasehold flat in a purpose built set of flats. The flat is being sold with a parking space in a shared underground car park. The seller says that the parking space is not on the lease but it has a separate title deed. What does that mean? Will the parking space ownership be transferred to me as part of the flat purchase process or does it require a separate purchase?
I don't want to appear to know what I am doing in front of the seller, so any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Wont be a issue two title deeds can be linked together and is quite common, I bought a garage separate to my old house linked them for the sale no issues.1
