Everyone Active admin fee

Everyone Active is trying to charge me a £10 admin fee, per child, to book my children back on to the swimming lessons they were already having before the Covid lockdowns. Can they do that? It doesn't seem fair to penalise members because of a pandemic.

As always with these sorts of things, check your contract. If there is no provision for the charge, they can't enforce it.1

Depends on what you signed up to, but if you're not locked into a contract (or prepaid for the lessons), they may well be able to change their terms of business.1
