Randox didn’t deliver

Hi have booked and paid in good time for Randox TTR for day 5. They said it would l be sent in time for day 5.   It’s day 6 and after tryouts no to contact them via phone and email to no avail, I haven’t had a message that it has even left Randox.  They say they don’t refund and I can understand a delay in the arrival of a product, but this has now become a product that I have paid for and they haven’t bothered to send it…do I not have the right to a refund?

    I have a similar problem - paid for a test to release - arrived too late to actually be able to drop it to one of Randox's drop boxes on day 5. So was not collected till day 6 (well i presume it was collected) and now I have had no notification that they have got it, no test result as promised. Shocking customer service - can't get through on the phone and they have not replied to emails. As a government affiliated contract they must be raking it in, looks like they have not invested anything in making sure they can cope with the numbers of tests they are getting sadly.
